Where would The Gazette draw the line on uses?

In its Sept. 5 Our View, "A sour note," The Gazette defended a Skyway homeowner's right to hold small scale concerts in his private residence. The Gazette assumed that because "none of the neighbors had complained" to the concert organizer that none of them were irritated or inconvenienced by the concert.

How far do we let homeowners push the law before the local governments have to step in to protect the rights of law-abiding citizens who don't want the concerts in their neighborhood? The concerts in question had "fewer than ...
