Canton Village brings dim sum back to the Springs in style

Ahhh, dim sum: that highly civilized practice in which people take a break from the daily hustle and partake of tea and a few small treats such as cucumber sandwiches and tiny quiches. Oops, that's British high tea.

Dim sum is a similar Chinese custom, usually served in the morning, and no proper Chinatown is complete without a few restaurants where servers roll dim sum carts past your table so you can point at whichever yummy-looking treats pique your appetite.

Unfortunately, we don't have a Chinatown. In fact, since Jasmine Garden stopped serving dim sum a few years ago, we've had nowhere ...
