WASHINGTON - In a visit designed to show the Clinton administration's support for a proposal to create the Great Sand Dunes National Park, Interior Secretary Bruce Babbitt will tour the dunes today with Colorado congressmen.

The participation of U.S. Sens. Wayne Allard and Ben Nighthorse Campbell and U.S. Rep. Scott McInnis - all Republicans - reflect the bipartisan support for converting the national monument into a park.
