Moving to new job requires a plan for smooth transition
|
Transition is something any worker might experience during his or
her career. Whether it's with the same company or a new employer,
having a "game plan" can make the passage easier.
Recently, I accepted a new position with Progressive. Based on my
experience, I have several recommendations for those changing jobs.
Some recommendations come from prior experience. Other ideas came to
me after I moved to my new position and realized I should've taken
more time to organize.
Looking back over the past two weeks, my transition was not as
