It wasn't the freshman star everyone expected.
Freshman Scottie Reynolds scored 26 points and Villanova held
Texas standout freshman Kevin Durant to 12 points in a 76-69 victory
yesterday at Wachovia Center in Philadelphia.
The freshmen were All-Mets last year -- Reynolds at Herndon and
Durant at Montrose Christian.
Durant came in averaging 34 points over the last four games for
No. 21 Texas (13-5), and Villanova (13-5) used a number of players
