Lone Wolf Energy to buy Tulsa telecommunications company

Lone Wolf Energy on Thursday said it plans to acquire Corporate Communications Consultants, an eight-year-old Tulsa-based telecommunications agency with a sales force of independent contractors and 40 employees.

The terms of the deal will be disclosed upon final negotiations, said Marc Newman, chairman and CEO of Oklahoma City-based Lone Wolf.
