Red Eagle Net Income HIts $883,000 for '92

Net income of $883,000, or 18 cents a share, was reported
Wednesday for 1992 by Red Eagle Resources Corp. of Oklahoma
City.
A net loss of $493,000, or 10 cents a share, was reported for
1991. Revenues totaled $24.4 million, down 17.6 percent from
$29.6 million.
The improvement was chiefly due to the sale of oil and gas
properties plus disposition of drilling and oil field services
