They say there's no business like show business, but according
to Max Weitzenhoffer, who made the jump from Oklahoma to Broadway
and beyond, show business is about like any other business - "full
of turns and doors and missed opportunities."
A native of Oklahoma City and a 1962 graduate of the University
of Oklahoma School of Drama, Weitzenhoffer said "you have to thrive
on adversity."
