OILMAN'S FIRST QUARTER HORSE TURNED OUT LIKE DRY HOLE

The first Quarter Horse Fred Trout ever owned wasn't much of a
runner, as a matter of fact the filly never even broke her maiden, a
victim of equine asthma.
The Radon, Okla., oilman was not totally discouraged, however,
because like an oil well, not all race horses produce.
One horse which has produced for Trout is Midwest Handicap
winner, Classy Comment. The 6-year-old gelding's narrow nose
victory in last Saturday's feature race at Remington Park has earned
