GOV. BELLMON CALLS FOR SPECIAL SESSION / FOR TAX COMMISSION REFORM, FUNDING COLLIDER BID

A special session of the Oklahoma Legislature to reform the Oklahoma
Tax Commission and provide an appropriation to fund the state's
proposal for the $4.4 billion Super Conducting Super Collider has
been called by Gov. Henry Bellmon.
The session is to convene at 1:30 p.m. Monday. Bellmon made the
announcement of the special session at a press conference Wednesday.
