ZENO'S CITY BRANCH TO CHANGE LITTLE AS RESULT OF ACQUISITION

The Oklahoma City branch of Zeno Systems Inc., based in
Arlington, Texas, will see few immediate changes as a result of last
w eek's acquisition by Erskine House Group, a publicly-held company
based in Kent, England, according to Fred Gartrell, Zeno Systems
founder and former board chairman.
The biggest change will be the opportunity to expand, thanks to
added "clout" of the new parent company, Gartrell said Monday.
