CAPITOL STEEL SECRETARY/TREASURER REMOVED, ACCORDING TO PRESIDENT

Capitol Steel Corp. of Oklahoma City has removed Jack Wellborn,
secretary/treasurer, from the board of directors, according to its
president James Rooney, and the company has obtained an order
directing the U.S. Marshall to seize company records now in
Wellborn's possession.
Wellborn contends he was told by Capitol management to remove the
records from the plant after the steel company entered bankruptcy in
Oklahoma City. Wellborn said his attorney asked U.S. Bankruptcy
