A COUNTER-NOTICE served by a landlord under section 45 of the
Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 in reply to
a tenant's notice served under section 42 of the Act, which did not
contain the statements required by section 45(2) and (3), was
invalid.
