TWO ELEMENTS of Rosamund Holland-Martin's life stood out above all
others: her family and the National Society for the Prevention of
Cruelty to Children, to which she gave inspirational leadership as
Chairman of the Central Executive Committee for nearly two decades.
She was an outstanding chairman because she got herself involved
