SIR RICHARD Branson could be about to suffer another setback - this time at the hands of one of the country's biggest unions.

Sir Richard's Virgin Atlantic airline is facing a challenge over his refusal to concede bargaining rights to the Amalgamated Engineering and Electrical Union (AWU) on behalf of the company's cabin crew.
