dy De Decker reckons the accountants at his company, a small
Belgian travel agency called InterTicket, have an easy life. But it
hasn't always been so.
An accountant himself by background, Mr De Decker bought his two
travel agencies from parent company Verhoeven Reizen in 1994, and has
