COMMENT: Would a Home Secretary today refuse sanctuary to Leon Trotsky?

WHEN THE Government files on the Pinochet affair are eventually released, how will Jack Straw be judged? Although the nature of the case is different, my question is prompted by the publication last week of papers covering an asylum request 70 years ago, also to a Labour Home Secretary, on behalf of another politician with blood on his hands, Leon Trotsky.
