"You don't often see a composer taking a bow at a Folger Consort program," said one fan of that early music ensemble, which specializes in composers who have been dead for at least three or four centuries. But at last night's "Hail, Millennium!" concert, which will be repeated tonight at the Washington National Cathedral, Mark Kuss and James Primosch both took bows.
