Within five years, Maryland's largest university will be an
institution dedicated chiefly to teaching adults studying part time,
many of them online students who never step foot on campus, according
to projections released last week.
While enrollment at public colleges and universities across the
state is expected to surge 27 percent in the next decade, the numbers
