Market overreacts, makes Whitehall a solid bargain

Whitehall Jewellers is a mall-based retailer that sells diamonds and jewelry to the public. The company has a strong presence in the Chicago area, including Water Tower Place, Old Orchard and Northbrook Court.

A couple of months ago the small-cap company made national news when it sold off on a poor earnings announcement.
