Yugoslavia Moves to Extradite Milosevic; Former President, Others Face War Crimes Charges

The Yugoslav cabinet agreed at a meeting in Belgrade today that it was prepared to extradite war crimes suspects to a United Nations tribunal, opening the door to sending former president Slobodan Milosevic to trial there on charges of genocide and complicity in the atrocities in Kosovo and Bosnia.
