Couple falls in love with a town house

The Roses - Beth, 32, and Bill, 38 - currently live in an Old
Town town house with their 2-year-old daughter, Nicole. Bill has
lived in the neighborhood for 37 years, and Beth for 10 years.
But just one look - that's all it took - for the young family to
decide to buy a new town house at St. Wenceslaus Square, a
development in Avondale.
"I saw an advertisement for the development, and we went to look
(that weekend)," said Beth. "Sure enough, we put down earnest money
on Tuesday," she said. "We had looked at the town home only once.
