ERUSALEM, May 31 -- Faisal Husseini, the Palestinian leader in Jerusalem who adapted his prominent family's bitter multi- generational struggle against Zionism to what he imagined would be a new era of diplomacy and pragmatism, died today in Kuwait City after suffering a heart attack.
