Sedan Cheers // '50s and '60s four-doors ring up sales

Remember that old four-door sedan your Aunt Myrtle left you that has
been just sitting for years? Your ship has come in.
For the first time, U.S. sedans from the 1950s and 1960s are hot
items in the old car market. And there likely are a large number of
them tucked away in Chicago-area garages, says Harry Willett, a
fixture on the area classic and custom car scene and owner of Orland
Park's Willett Motorsport Plex.
The sedans are worth approximately $4,500 to $7,500, Willett
said. That's not bad - especially considering you couldn't give them
away not long ago.
