`History of Rock' Rolls On

In the words and music of the artists who created it, "The History of Rock 'n' Roll," the most comprehensive ever, has come to TV and home video.

This 10-hour documentary presentation began Wednesday on WPWR-Channel 50, and will air its remaining episodes at 7 and 8 tonight through Sunday night. The complete series will go on sale March 21 as a 10-volume Time-Life Video & Television product.

Gary Busey, who played the title role in "The Buddy Holly Story," narrates the series.
