Rather Than Bark at Motorists, Just WOOF

I know someone who, as a driver or passenger, is a Wise Observer of Foibles (I've shortened it to WOOF). A drive with WOOF, whether on city street or country highway, is set to a running commentary of what gross or silly errors others are committing as they drive.

Actually, I rather admire WOOF's detached anthropologistlike description of these passing trespasses against law and/or common sense because my own muttering approach is more ardent and less genteel of vocabulary (I am trying to substitute "cretin" for my more usual epithet.)
