Suit against Hull House sets off squabble
|
A feud grew Thursday between the Hull House Association and its
affiliate, the Clarence Darrow Center, when Darrow staff members
protested a suit filed by its own board of directors against Hull
House.
The suit, filed in Cook County Circuit Court this week, alleges
that Hull House violated a long-standing agreement by trying to take
over Darrow's leases, contracts and programs.
The suit accuses Hull House - which distributes operating money
