What makes a garden magical? Is it color? Fragrance? Design?

Certainly all of these elements are important, but to create a space that has that certain something, that draws you in and entices you to linger, nothing serves like the presence of water.

Marnell Scott and her husband, Bill, know this from first-hand experience. The water garden they built five years ago has now become the focus of down-time activities at their Homewood residence.
