Ever see a stripper turn shy in public?

Tommy Leggett had a blushing tankful last week, but coaxing them to peel was as frustrating as getting children to play the piano for their grandparents.

Leggett and the Virginia Marine Products Board were at Shaw's Crab House in Chicago with a selection of Chesapeake Bay blue crabs. Food professionals from the Midwest were invited to see how the blue crabs shed their hard shells to become succulent, tender soft-shell crabs.

The water was suitably warm and the audience waiting, but the crabs refused to back out of their snug-fitting shells. What ...
