Cornish hens sized up for a romantic dinner

Now that food manufacturers are discovering the singles market,
they're packaging everything in single-serving portions - from
pudding to peas.
But Mother Nature, with a little technological help, created the
ultimate food for singles: the rock Cornish hen. It's smaller than a
chicken, larger than a quail and makes a marvelous meal for one huge
or two average appetites.
I noticed that retailers are taking advantage of this marketing
marvel and packaging Cornish hen twosomes...
