Pritzker Architecture Prize goes to Niemeyer, Bunshaft

Two prolific elders of architecture, 81-year-old Oscar Niemeyer of Brazil and 79-year-old Gordon Bunshaft of New York, are 1988 co-winners of the Pritzker Architecture Prize.

The $100,000 awards are to be presented today at the Art Institute of Chicago.
