EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. Upset-minded Mount Carmel fell to East St. Louis' speed 19-7 Saturday in a Class 6-A semifinal. The Flyers (13-0), seeking their fourth title in five years, will meet Hersey in Saturday's final at Normal.
