KAREN, Kenya On a rainy Sunday afternoon, I rode with friends out of Nairobi along Ngong Road to this suburb to visit the home of Out of Africa author Isak Dinesen, now the Karen Blixen Museum. (Dinesen was her maiden name, Isak her nom-de-plume, Blixen her married name).
