Winter weather woes hit New Delhi airport again

NEW DELHI, India -- It's winter in New Delhi, the city is
shrouded in fog and the airport is a scene of utter chaos.
In what's become an annual crisis, winter fog is again crippling
air traffic in and out of India's capital, and the city's run-down
domestic airport, Palam Airport, once again finds itself unable to
handle the mass of passengers crowding terminals as flights are
