Antlers hotel for sale again/ Adam's Mark offering a local landmark along with others in chain

The historic Antlers Adam's Mark Hotel, one of downtown Colorado
Springs' most prominent and enduring landmarks, is for sale - again.
HBE Corp., the St. Louis-based owner of the Adam's Mark chain, is
selling the 292-room Antlers, a 273-room hotel in Grand Junction and
eight or nine other hotels around the country, according to a St.
Louis newspaper and two on-line news services.
The chain has 22 hotels, including one in Denver that's been
reported for sale.
