A letter encouraging black voters to support Republican Ed Jones
in the state Senate race in District 11 is a hoax, Jones said
Wednesday.
The letter, addressed to "Brothers and Sisters," is designed to
look like it is from Jones, with his picture and campaign logo at the
top of the page.
