The Arc of Howard County announces newly elected officers and board members

Cole Schnorf was elected president of the board of The Arc of
Howard County. Other newly elected officers are Joseph V. Murray Sr.,
vice president; Robert Topper, secretary; and Annette Hinkle,
treasurer.
New board members include Reginald Carey, Douglas Erdman and
Jessica Pearsall. Jamie Costa, Eric Crawford and Deborah Powell were
