The EGAN Trophy was played this year at the Kelvin & Malone Club in Heron Road. Six Teams participated from all over Ireland, and fittingly, the two NIBU Teams took the first two places.

Ian Lindsay, Robin Burns, David Greenwood & Rex Anderson won the trophy with 97 VP's, with John Lavery, Michael Coffey, Robert Plunkett & Paul Tranmer runners up with 88 VP's. The best pair overall by far was Rex Anderson & David Greenwood scoring 130.4. Paul Tranmer & Robert Plunkett were second with 77.2. Very well done to the Northern Ireland representatives.
