Born March 21, 1933, died July 17, 2009. Wallace was born in Audubon, New Jersey. He received his law degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Rutgers University in 1959. He served as a consultant to the Federal Government on the desegregation of schools in the mid 60's. He taught for 30 years at Marquette University Law School. He is survived by his ...
