It is a link that remains firm - only recently, for example, Air
Southwest began a new daily service flying from Plymouth to
Guernsey. Exeter Airport also has direct flights and there are
regular ferries from Poole and Weymouth.
So Guernsey, and its tiny near neighbour Herm, represent the
