Bill Dunlap loved walking around his neighborhood making friends and being involved in the community he loved.

Dunlap, born William Wayne Dunlap, died April 18 at the age of 76.

The Missouri native enjoyed music since he was a young boy. He studied music in college for a year before moving on to business at the University of Missouri, Columbia.

He was part of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. He also met Phyllis, his wife of 52 years, there.

The pair married in Oklahoma where Dunlap served in the Army Reserve at Fort Sill. The couple moved around a few more times before settling in Covina ...
