City On Board For Hypnotism Day ; Mayor Signs Proclamation Making Sunday A Hypnotist's Holiday

If you visit Roger Willard of the Willard Hypnosis Center in
Conestoga, he won't ask you to look deep, deep into his eyes.
"Under hypnotism, the subject never loses control," he said.
"It's not like in the movies, when Dracula mesmerizes someone.
"If I managed to hypnotize you, then asked for your ATM card,
you'd get up and leave," Willard said. "You'd never do anything you
wouldn't normally do."
As it turns out, hypnotists throughout the country and around the
world have been trying to establish a World Hypnotism Day for years,
hoping to better inform the public about what they do.
