This is not the review I was originally going to write about the new Prince of Persia, but somewhere during the writing process I had a rethink of the game - and a discussion with a gaming colleague about it.

The original Prince of Persia came out 20 years ago and has had numerous sequels, including the critically acclaimed Sands of Time, and the much darker Warrior Within.
