Terriers devour Eisenhower Eagles

REDLANDS - The Redlands High School football team stole the wind out from under the Eisenhower Eagles' wings Friday. The Terriers destroyed the invading Ike Eagles 40-13 for their first home victory at their new Dodge Field.

"The kids have regrouped in solid fashion," said RHS head coach Jim Walker.

RHS is on a two-game winning streak after dropping all three of their tough preseason battles.

The first half of Friday's game was a complete annihilation. The Redlands defense did not allow Ike to broach the 50-yard line and held them to just four first downs. Ike had only eight total in the ...
