Review: 'Beverly Hills Chihuahua' enjoys dog day afternoon

A "Lady and the Tramp" for the Taco Bell set, "Beverly Hills Chihuahua" fits nicely into the long line of Disney dog movies designed to delight children and animal lovers. It won't win any prizes from Mexico's Tourism Board, but it largely skirts stereotypes in its portrayal of a breed barking "no mas" at wearing silly hats and riding around in princesses' purses.

Chloe (sweetly voiced by Drew Barrymore) is a spoiled Chihuahua from the 90210 Zip, accustomed to traveling in Louis Vuitton bags and being pampered with seaweed wraps. Her clothing budget alone would go a long way toward bailing ...
