Nadir fights for British pension fund

ASIL NADIR, the disgraced businessman who fled Britain owing
millions of pounds, is attempting to claim his private British
pension, The Sunday Telegraph has learnt.
The former Polly Peck director, wanted on 66 counts of theft
amounting to pounds 34 million, has issued court proceedings to stop
creditors from taking an estimated pounds 300,000-a-year from his
pension fund.
The case has outraged Nadir's former associates, some of whom are
owed hundreds of thousands of pounds. They say his claim should be
thrown out of court immediately.
