FIFTEEN years after last treading the boards on stage in
Yorkshire, actor Rupert Holliday Evans is about to show his face in
public. When he made his professional acting debut at the old Leeds
Playhouse he was hidden totally beneath a furry skin playing the
title role in The Amazing Dancing Bear.
"Maybe this time audiences will get to see my face," says Evans,
36, who appears in Yorkshire poet Simon Armitage's new play Mister
Heracles at West Yorkshire Playhouse.
Evans is cast as Lycus in a reworking for modern audiences of the
