Well, I suppose we can all drop the ball from time to time, and I have given Melvyn Bragg's In Our Time (Radio 4) a very easy ride over the years - but I am delighted to say that even the best programmes can cock up. In Our Time is about the historical significance of ideas - but this time the week's topic was Zoroastrianism. Fair enough - they do all kinds of arcane stuff, and the big joke about the show is its title - there is a silent "absolutely not" in front of it.
