Guizhou to Accelerate Reform and Opening-Up Pace: Governor

Guizhou Province in southwest China will speed up its reform and opening-up by firmly grabbing today's opportunity, said Governor Wu Yixia.

The province will implement three strategies to build a prosperous Guizhou with science and education, usher in fresh development by opening wider to the outside world, and make sustainable development.
