Aquaria 21 quitting aquariums

Aquaria 21, the listed aquarium manager that evolved from the
Marlborough company Regal Salmon, is quitting the aquarium business.
It is negotiating to sell its Shanghai aquarium and has reached
agreement to sell its interest in South Korean aquariums.
The plan is that these, plus the aquarium assets of Oceanis
Australia, with which Aquaria 21 has been negotiating to merge, will
end up as part of Bliss Corporation, formerly an Australian heavy
engineering firm now, pending the negotiations, a cashed up shell.
Oceanis Australia will buy Aquaria 21's 75 per cent stake in the
subsidiary Korea ...
